With over five years of experience in Michelin-starred, fine dining, and casual establishments, Chef Taja has honed his craft in Italian, Asian, and New American cuisines, all with a foundation in classical French techniques.

 

His journey through esteemed kitchens like Bar Monette, The Georgian Hotel, and Pasta Bar showcases his versatility, creativity, and commitment to excellence. Chef Taja is particularly renowned for his skill in handmade pasta, innovative menu development, and his ability to create visually stunning and flavorful dishes. A true leader in the kitchen, he excels at fostering collaborative environments and mentoring aspiring chefs, ensuring every team he leads achieves peak performance.
